We distinguish the result a client reports, our own work, and later events. You should be able to see which is which.

Suzuki West Rand

Lyle van der Westhuizen, New Vehicle Sales Manager, signed a letter on 7 April 2024 describing the May–December 2023 collaboration with Aarifah and the WithNova Blink Digital team. It reports a 30% increase in customer engagement and a 25% increase in sales.

The separate competitive account starts 80 units a month behind the nearest dealership, reaches one unit behind in month one, and moves ahead in month two. Shukri confirms that the widening lead was reported 12 months after the engagement ended. No later unit totals or common measurement period are inferred.

Michelle Geere and Adbot

Michelle’s email dated 17 December 2024 describes the effect of Shukri’s mentoring through the Irish Tech Challenge, including her own words about business trajectory. The later award and investment are documented Adbot milestones. The email predates those announcements and does not identify an investment deal or state that the session caused it.

Adbot’s own award announcement records the ceremony on 2 December 2025. Its investment announcement was published on 12 January 2026. Those primary statements correct the earlier stand artwork’s August award date.

People and credentials

Personal experience belongs to the individual and is not presented as WithNova’s company track record. Roles and relationships distinguish leadership, delivery team, collaborators and external resources. HBR Advisory Council membership is a research community role, not an HBR board or Harvard faculty appointment.

Business preparation and measurement

A self-assessment is a conversation starter, not a lender score or funding decision. Sample calculations use the visitor’s inputs. Every scoped engagement needs its own baseline, outcome measures and costs; past client results do not guarantee a new result.
