WithNova | Growth

Profitable growth
isn’t luck.
It’s a system.

When sales depend on you, quotes stall or cash arrives late, another campaign may not be the answer. Find the constraint across your customers, brand, channels, people, systems and finances. Then build the change.

Choose the right entry point. Scope, fee, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins; these are not compulsory sequential purchases.

For owners and leadership teams

You have a business.
Now make growth repeatable.

Recognise the situation?

You have customers and an offer, but results depend on founder effort. You need a better growth decision, a more reliable commercial process or stronger execution.

A focused starting point

Bring the problem, your recent performance evidence and the decision you need to make. We agree the diagnostic depth and the smallest useful intervention before you commit to delivery.

From diagnosis to implementation

Diagnose. Decide. Build.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Find what limits progress

Use the Operating Lens, your records and a focused conversation to test the problem. Six business signals can start the conversation; they cannot replace diagnosis.

02 / DECIDE

Choose the move

Agree the outcome, baseline, scope, owner, fee and acceptance criteria. A clear request needs proportionate verification; a complex decision needs deeper investigation.

03 / BUILD

Make it work in practice

Implement the agreed change, build the team’s capability and review progress against the baseline. Continue, adapt or stop on evidence.

One possible intervention

If the constraint is customer growth,
connect the route to a sale.

The Customer Growth Sprint connects one offer and one audience to a landing page, response owner, follow-up workflow and measurement. We recommend it when diagnosis supports that choice.

Scope may include positioning, advertising, customer experience, sales hand-offs and operational follow-through. Measure qualified enquiries, accepted work, contribution and collected cash.

Delivery dates are agreed against the scope and access available. Advertising spend and platform costs are scoped separately. Platform and usage costs are identified separately.

Use your own numbers

What might the gap be worth?

Model the contribution from opportunities that currently receive no effective follow-up. This is an illustrative scenario, not a forecast or a claim that all these opportunities can be recovered.

Illustrative monthly contribution

Enter your figures

Enquiries × sale value × conversion × contribution margin. Before WithNova fees and additional acquisition or operating costs. Excludes repeat purchases and double counting.

Before we start

Easy to start.
Properly diagnosed.

Do I need a workshop before you can help?

Every engagement starts with enough diagnosis to check the requested intervention. A well-defined job may need only a brief review of the evidence and scope. A workshop or deeper diagnostic is proposed when it resolves a material uncertainty; the purpose and fee are agreed first.

What will I leave with?

The agreed deliverables, the reasoning behind the chosen intervention, an accountable operating owner and a record of what changed. A scoped implementation may include an offer, conversion destination, follow-up workflow and team handover.

How is the fee set?

We agree the value sought, fixed scope, fee, payment milestones and delivery date in writing. Media costs are scoped separately. Licences and usage charges are shown separately.
